Akers has better hands and faster on the outside. We will never see it again and OBTW we abandoned Williams and the run proving McVay was wrong folks he prematurely gave up on Akers.
He did not stick with hot hand. No one manipulates the game and the success or failure of his players better that McVay.
Matthew and McVay obviously entered this game focused on trying to improve the narrative around Stafford and our lack of passing touchdowns rather than controlling the TOP and moving the chains and guess what they fell flat on their faces. It's like a couple claiming to try to have a child and either one is doing everything to make sure it is an impossible dream. They just don't say that publicly. 5- 6 wins tops they can prove me wrong.
Matthew Stafford is not looking all that and all the talk about being forgotten can cease for now. This game should be quickly forgotten if I am Matt.
HIs performance has been forgettable.
