He had a hard ACL ... recovered and really became a student of the game in his year off.
He famously beat Penn State while at Indiana. One of the top 5 or so games I've seen.
He is likely top 3 Heisman this year. With Washington's talent at every level of offense and defense they have a shot at the final 4.
I haven't seen Shedeur play yet (ever) so I'm pretty surprised he went school record 510 against a defense with multiple pro DB prospects.
