(Zebra) = Personnel group
Gun = QB alignment
Trey = Formation & basic alignment that denotes a 3x1 structure with the Y as the iso player
Left = Y side
Zoom = Alignment tag that denotes a slot formation with the Z receiver outside instead of X
Cluster = Tells the 3-man side to align in a Bunch with the point man 2 yards inside the numbers
Open = Tells the Y to align 4+ yards from the OT so that the formation is declared “Open” to his side by the defense
72 = Protection call that denotes a Basic Strong side Dual read with the HB checking Will to perimeter
All Go Special = Tells the offense the base concept to be played, All Go with a Special route for 3x1 formations
Y Shallow Cross = Tells the weak side they are to run a 3x1 version of Shallow Cross
Z Hinge = Tells the Z that they are to adjust their route to a Hinge route
