Is that we don't know what the staff is putting on him in the gameplan in comparison to the other rook QBs out there. I mean some may go into a game with a gameplan that includes a ton of easy or half-field reads to build confidence as they ease into a QB3 role. Bennett is being prepped for a QB2 job. Things are not always an even playing field in that way.
But regardless I could care less because he's a rookie and all these guys learn different aspects of the toughest job in sports at their own speeds. I like his resilience out there. I like his body language after he screws up. I like his pocket movement and mobility. So I still think he's gonna be just fine, I just hope we don't need him too much year one.
