Noteboom is proven

When he has been available, he has been good, not great, but very good as after the bad game against Buffalo, he was solid until his injury. Boom can't stay healthy and maybe the money does play into it, but if Boom starts at RG I think he will be fine and I don't think Anchrum will have an issue either because he has been used to being the next man up.
