Let’s see…

Steve Avila. Looking like a HR pick. Potentially a future Pro Bowler, probably should have been taken in 1st round by somebody.

Byron Young. Probable starter but ‘he’s got a long way to go’. Incomplete.

Kobie Turner. Rams loved him per draft day video but hasn’t blown the doors off yet. Possibly playing out of position? Incomplete.

Stetson Bennett. Clearly a good value in 4th. Looks like a quality backup QB. Hit.

Nick Hampton. Not impressing anyone yet. Borderline miss 5th rounder if that’s not an oxymoron.

Warren McClendon. Good 5th round value. Will make 53 and might potentially be a future starter at RT or RG. Hit.

Davis Allen. Looking like a 5th round steal. Potentially future replacement for Higbee. Big hit.

Puka Nacua. Could be Rams biggest steal since Kupp. Will contribute mightily this year and possibly a starter in 2024. HR.

Tre Tomlinson. Tremendous value in 6th. Looks like a rookie starter despite his size. Big hit. (Pun intended)

Ochaun Mathis. Looking like a wasted 6th round pick so far. Miss.

Zach Evans. Not only will he make the 53, but possibly become #3 RB. Great value. Hit.

Ethan Evans. What can I say? Once he fine tunes his placement I think he could one day be a Pro Bowler. Big hit in the 7th.

Jason Taylor. Has flashed but that S room is tough to break into. Practice squad for now? Or ST for this year? Needs development but seems to have potential. Average pick taken in 7th.

Dejuan Johnson. Mr Irrelevant. Mixed reviews. His career could go either way. Hard to criticize as last pick in draft.

So that’s it. Lots of these kids will make the 53 (at least 11 of them) A handful will be immediate starters, and several more will be significant contributors in their rookie year.

That’s far, far better than your average GM, trust me.

This might go down as Snead’s best value draft. I just don’t get why certain posters are always slamming Snead’s ability to build a roster.
