Sean McVay says Matthew Stafford’s rest day was pre-planned before camp (today was structured to be run heavy as well) and that Stafford is not expected to miss another day of training camp.

He won't miss another practice in training camp. We wanted to do it this way as well, we were very heavy run emphasis today; first day we put on the pads. Because of the way that first window of time set up, and then with him returning tomorrow, it kind of kept in alignment with 4 of every 7 days. That's reflective of his season workload."
