What I got from that is the O Coordinator and WR coach suck. Several times Kurt said "I don't know what they are trying to do here" and "I wish the back would widen his route" to make the concept work.

Kurt is always hard on QB's and pulls no punches w Jared, but my take is that he should remember when his teams didn't have the team around him (Giants, Cards first two years) to make him look as good. Several called him washed and turnover prone but poor coordination and blocking makes all QB's look bad from time to time.
