I think AJ has a spot locked up and I believe that to be RG. If Noteboom is healthy it's hard to see him not start at LT. Avila will start at LG.
Havs will start at RT. The only real battle as I see it is at center where Shelton and Allen will battle it out. Bruss and Ancrum are battling for depth.

If NB isn't ready AJ starts at LT, Avila at LG, Allen or Shelton at center and Bruss, Shelton and Ancrum fight it out for RG. Havs is safe at RT.

I don't think it's any more complicated than these two scenarios. Both Bruss and Ancrum would've had chances to take a spot but both got badly injured.
