It was from October 1983. Dickerson had just had his 2nd straight 190+ yards rushing day vs. Detroit. I remember getting home from my father's company picnic and that issue being in the mailbox.

I also remember Bob Starr interviewing Dickerson on the radio after that Lions' game lightly teasing him saying "what's the problem? You can't reach 200 yards?" after 192 and 199 yard games.

The next week he had 140+ and two more 140+ yard games soon after.
