Stafford has proven to be Elite when protected. He can also be a very streaky player too even with protection but that doesn't mean he's not Elite.

IMO, he can make all throws that Pat Mahomes can make. He just doesn't have the mobility Mahomes has.

Unfortunately, Stafford's legacy includes some prison time in Detroit. It's hard to convince anyone you're Elite when you spend most of your career in Detroit! lol
