Many thought highly of Pleasant, but after he left for Detroit the Rams were fine with Ejiro Evero running the secondary along with Jonathan Cooley and then last season Evero left to become DC of the Broncos and was highly praised in Denver and now is in Carolina. Pleasant was fired by the Lions and their secondary improved after making the change. So was more Evero?
I feel strongly that Pleasant will be a huge upgrade, but I am keeping an eye as to why things went awry in Detroit and hopefully the Rams will be better with the return of Pleasant.
