Mine was an unofficial #11 Jim Everett that I loved!
My first "real" jersey was of Robert Delpino #39 in an Away Ferragamo! After that, I got me an official Bettis home jersey. He was promptly traded the next year!
I had new numbers put on and removed the name plate. I had a local sports shop put 2 #8's over the 3 + 6 and it looked good as new!
I have purchased many more since then. After the first "official" jersey I wasn't interested in the knock off's anymore. The quality of the official jersey was just sooo much better and also sooo much more expensive! lol
I stopped by jersey's with player names on them due to players not staying on a teeam for more than 3-5 years and now only will get one with a "legend's" name on it!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
