That does not always happen. Rocket Ishmel was that way
others had better (slightly) 40 times but on the field
he was as fast as anyone I've ever seen, inclduing Ron Brown

But, being an Olymbic sprinter, Brown would probably
beat him in a race.

Darrell Green, though, ran fast on field and on track
