Of course, that's not what's important.... what is important is "Can he shine for the Rams?" and my feelings in that regard are "No, he can't".
Kid played really well down the stretch last year when given an opportunity.
Looked good on jet sweeps and was a real deep threat too. If Stafford is healty and gets some protection we will see lots of good things from Tutu. Clearly Nr. 3 on the depth chart behind Kupp and Jefferson.
