Well, that is what bad drafters always say.
We had to take him so high because he would have been off the board otherwise. Exactly the recipe for failure in a draft .
Rams have proven it over and over again.

We agree to disagree on this ....The Rams had a player on the board that they wanted and they pulled trigger ....regardless of if you or I thought he should go that high.

My point was others in thread said
He could be had in 6th or 7th
I think that was false .... but will never know
