I think Levis' lack of touch has been a little overstated, tends to just use his arm on shorter throws, that footwork will improve. His biggest weakness is pocket awareness, does not feel the rush very well. You really have to throw this year out for him. He had a dislocated toe, a terrible line, and an OC that ended up getting fired after one year. He is very smart and can run.
Hooker looks like a Watson clone to me. He looked incredible all year, hard to identify a weakness other than the fact that offense was so fast, well-designed, and called from the sideline you just don't know how long it will take him to adjust. They had guys running free all year.
