When you have top-20 prospects fall into your lap at 36 you take one. So if one of those three are there should be the pick(s).
Otherwise I'd try hard to move back 5 to 12 spots and add another top-100 (late 3rd) pick. That group between 32 and 60 has a lot of really good players the Rams could use.
