Not sure it's THE most important draft of his era but it sure will be a key to how quickly he can rebuild the team. The more "hits" the have in the draft, the better the odds are for a quicker turnaround.

Of course the "draft" is a huge deal this year but so will the UDFA's that we bring in too. IMO, we will need to "hit" a a couple of those additions as well.
