Rams/Snead Giving out Huge Contracts

I understand keeping guys, loyalty, rewarding players, shelf life of a players career, wanting to build the reputation of being a franchise that takes care of players. Keeping the all in vibe in the locker room

From Tavon to Gurley to Goff and on down the line.

Bad expensive long term contracts just kills sustainment and consistency of excellence of the roster. Hopefully Snead is more judicious during this coming 2 to 3 year window
