I am shocked that the market for Ramsey was essentially only 2 3rd round picks. I see a lot of criticism of Snead and how he should have gotten more but they have been shopping Ramsey for at least a month and it seems like the market for his skills just wasn't there which I shocking to me.
Seems the Rams are addressing the cap manipulations and taking lots of dead money in 2023 and will build around Stafford, Kupp and Donald who all have huge cap numbers for the next 3+ years. Donald will end up with lots of dead money when he decides to retire.
It will be interesting to see how this roster is built for 2023. Seems like TE is a lesser now but who knows because it is a strong draft class and the new guy would be the only one signed beyond this upcoming season. CB now has to go way up on the needs chart, RB, Edge, DL & Safety all screaming for help and if Robinson goes WR will be thin too. Offensive Line if everyone is healthy seems to be relatively ok compared to the other units.
Anyway all that said and I am still shocked that the market for Ramsey was so bad I though he would be worth at least a couple of 2nd rounders if not a late 1st.
