I have a daughter too and I would do everything I could to make sure he didn't make it through those 15 minutes but I would enjoy an additional 15 just to make sure.

I can't remember if there was a video with Lawrence Phillips or not. I think this happens way more often than anyone knows. Most won't get reported let alone caught on video.
