I like both

Hooker, bigger with big hands and has a great arm, however, coming off ACL injury. Hall, smart, athletic can extend plays, but is smaller frame, which might lead to a durability factor. Hooker IMO, would require the Rams taking him in the 3rd round at a minimum, might be gone before that, Hall can be had later, most likely with one of the 5th round selections.
