The Rams will be looking for that HR threat that they had in Gurley.
Having a RB like that really opens up that passing game because the LB's need to stay tight behind the LOS to honor the run and not be giving up 5 yds a rush. That's the Gurley effect in McVay's offense.
McVay wants chunk plays.....Remember, Woods and Kupp would KILL defenses with those 15-20 yd "crossing routes" in the middles of the field between the LB's and S. Those plays were HUGE for the Rams. When was the last time we saw those routes?
There will be a BIG PLAY RB and an OLINEMAN (LT) added in FA.......Then, the Rams will focus on the draft.
