I feel the Texans will swap with the Bears draft Stroud

I understand the Bears will want a kings ransom to move up, however, I believe the Texans will swap with them and draft Stroud. In the end, he's the best QB available and Stroud is also grounded, however, it remains to be seen if Kingsbury can be an effective play caller, if he does land the OC job in Houston.
