I remember a long time ago that people would talk about how the three four under scheme is similar to a 4-3. So maybe the transition wouldn't be so hard? I'm not sure. The league is becoming so versatile that I think positions are becoming a lot less rigid.

The players nowadays seem like they can excel in multiple schemes pretty easily. I am sure with all the talent he has, he would be able too adjust if he had too.
