I LOVE this hire.

Been coaching with Kromer on the Bills.

Played CENTER which is the leader of the OLINE....Plus, he played for the Patriots during their SB runs.....McVay likes to get SMART Coaches and players!

Looks like McVay has his eyes on young coaches on the rise....LOVE IT!
