I would trade Ramsey (if that supposed Lions offer for their two first round picks is legit) , release Noteboom (too many injury concerns) and rework some of the big contracts (Floyd, Kupp, Stafford ).
Cap will go up siginifcantly too if reports are correct.
With the two picks for Ramsey use one on a cb to replace him and the other on a pass rusher.
Rams can get it done.Have to be creative.
