I agree he is a good coach and fine leader. No argument there. He just runs a "very soft" scheme.

Not sure what "tools" would change that other than getting an edge rusher. But even then, I don't see Morris becoming any more aggressive. A quality pass rusher might get us a few more sacks or int's which is a good start.

I think the "scheme" would stay the same. Same 8-10 yard cushions. Same soft shell. Even the very best pass rushers can't get to the QB in less than 2 seconds consistently without being unblocked at the line.
