Personally, I think the "biggest" game would be the Chiefs against the Niners. I can't imagine how Vegas would look at that. If the KC QB is over his ankle injury he alone can handle the Niner's pass rush. I'm not sure the other qbs-as good as they are-can. The Niner's really have a great defense and that BOSA is a beast coming off the LOS.
