With the new rules I think they got it right on replay. The thing is he had both feet in and the ball never hit the ground. He did catch it. With the new rules he didn't have control throughout the catch. Only can see this on replay, and even then, it is completely subjective. The rules and refs need a lot of scrutinizing.
