Some of it is good and reasonable, but first off - Nick Scott did not intercept Jimmy in the NFC championship. Travin Howard did. That kind of put a bad taste in my mouth as I suspect that whoever wrote that might not have a depth of knowledge of the team over the past few years.

The draft analysis may turn out to be right, but it's too early to judge the last 2 drafts entirely. Bobby Brown has not looked like a bust at this point, Anchrum, Bruss are unknowns. He doesn't mention Alaric Jackson who may turn out to be a solid depth player or functional starter. Kendrick is a rookie and has the potential to improve, at least into a depth player. He's not a first or second rounder and probably shouldn't have been on the field this year. Skowronek is actually a pretty good WR for a 7th rounder. I agree that Atwell was a reach, but I don't think it soils the whole class.

The author also seems dismissive of the O-line injuries - as if they exposed the rot in the roster depth or some nonsense. There is not a team in the league with 12 quality O-linemen. I agree that Bobby Brown shouldn't have been out there, but Matt Skura wasn't barely an upgrade and may have taken time to learn the line calls and system. Not every free agent lineman is plug and play. Like people - some learn quickly, others - less so.

It's also written with the authority of an insider who could see through the walls of Rams park and knew all that was happening behind the scenes.
