Our RB coach Thomas Brown moved to coach TE last year and was not successful there, and Mcvay let him pick his replacement Samples and that was a failure.Same thing with Eric Henderson and his choice of Skyler Jones. When these guys move on to become cordinators and HC it hurts the Rams because they raid the staff and that put more pressure on McVay.
