Brown has never been a Head Coach and was an Offensive Coordinator for just one year at South Carolina, but he seems to have the ability to lead and presently the Texans are a mess and they need someone like Brown. I hope he gets the job plus the Texans commit to him and he should have a young QB to groom accordingly.
