Is it in McVay to delegate? Has he EVER talked of doing that? Might be the simple answer.

We have an OC but I have a feeling that's a formality. You KNOW McVay is the one staying up till 4 AM figuring the plays and THAT weeks O line set up.

Also....After THIS season, I'd think anything else would come easy for McVay. Even if he doesn't delegate.

Regardless.....He needs to decide ASAP.
