I concur in your liking JH, DP. And I do that off my fanometer. When Skattebo was drafted I exclaimed out loud ‘dang’! (I’ve been dropping the ‘d’ word a lot the last few days.). But when I saw the Rams go with Hunter, I did the opposite of dropping the ‘d’ word and went with the ‘a’ word—‘alright’!by Ekern55 - RamsFootballFans.com

Houston got this years 34th, 99th and a 2026 3rd rounder. I don’t know how many points that totals up to, but they had the 25th pick to the Rams’ 26th and didn’t secure a 1st rounder.by Ekern55 - RamsFootballFans.com

At the risk of being laughed off the board, I think the closest thing to Todd Gurley at running back in this isn’t even a running back. I think it’s Jalen Milro. The wife and I drove by the practice facility today. There’s a more permanent fence to the northeast and parking access on the west and north and a decent sized new parking lot. There’s a more permanent looking entry way that leads to the practice facility. Since they’re still using temp buildings, I don’t know how permanent that foyer is going to be. Watched 10 minutes of highlights of Benjamin Morrison and I casually watch some Notre Dame football. He plays tight on the line of scrimmage and has a rare talent to get his head around once the ball arrives to break up or intercept passes. He covered Marvin Harrison Jr. quite well in 2023 and he gave up 3 to 4 inches to him. Willing tackler and has an eye for making plays. As you menby Ekern55 - RamsFootballFans.com

Good article, but, for some reason, this past week, I’ve been bothered by NFL wives complaining about injuries and potential injuries that their spouses face. So, I got triggered when I read this in the article: “He is on the football field putting his body through an annual onslaught of pain and punishment.” I see this argument as a bargaining ploy as moot. I read—probably on the board—that defenses were less likely to stack the box this season than they would for more than half the other teams in the league. So, Kyren, per carry, has to average more yards per carry than other backs since he hasn’t broken off a lot of long runs. What this means is teams will sacrifice Kyren’s 4 to 5 yards per carry to stop the pass—they don’t feel a need to sby Ekern55 - RamsFootballFans.com

I had Pitts on my fantasy team this last season. The Falcons never threw him the ball—I had Drake London too—and he didn’t get a lot of targets. Between our game versus the Eagles and the Chiefs’, is that Philly had a perfectly choreographed rush to the quarterback that kept pressure proportional. What do I mean? It was like a circular shaped wall surrounding the QB that inched closer and closer in perfect sequence giving the QB the sensation of having the walls close in on him in step.
