Every now and then people find an old crappy painting or sculpture that just happens to be wroth a $150 million dollars.. Didn't a guy accidentally find a copy of the Constitution in his attic? So far all I've found is poorly blown insulation, most electrical wiring NOT in boxes (I fixed those) and believe it or not, a 35 foot long piece of floor molding (baseboards)... why in hell is THAT in the attic? I have assumed its because it was so long, they couldn't get it into the house any other way other than through what might have been the unfinished open roof.. and then just left it..
I ripped out a wall a few years ago right next to the fireplace.. Laying up against the fireplace, concealed within walls for 40 years or so, was a 7/11 Big Gulp cup and a man's T-shirt.. So, apparently whoever build the wall next to the fireplace dumped his trash and lost his shirt..
