Well, part of the reason..

well, probably ALL the reason that it hasn't branched out (or gotten wider in circumference) is because I ordered it online and it shipped in a 6 foot tall by 1 foot by 1 foot box.. so it had been trimmed in order to get it in the box for easier and cheaper shipping.. I'm sure it'll branch out eventually - kind of surprised it hasn't yet.. When I decided that was the tree I wanted to remember them by, that came directly from the heart, so even if it smells, I'll know I did what felt right when I did it.. I'll be good with it.. Plus, like I said, the town is full of them and I haven't smelled anything yet lol
