I haven't seen anything that looks like that... when you're in record mode it does count through each beat. Originally it would go through eight beats, which was two measures. I found a setting for Pattern Length and changed it from two to four, and now it counts through 16 which corresponds to the beats in your chart. Tempo was set to 120 beats per minute, which sounds WAY slower than the recording, when I upped it to 300 bpm it sounds similar but still a little slow. I'm about to delete it and tray again from the start and see if I messed something up, I tampered with quite a few settings.
