even though I think their store, in Fresno, is still open. I don't see how, however.... no one I know shops there... zero customer service... and YES, it's sad.. Sears was KING for a very long time.
It's odd how that can happen... I used to use a website authoring software app called Sandvox.... they are completely defunct now... yet you can still buy it in the Apple App store... and when I say 'defunct' I mean EXACTLY that... for over two years now you can't get them on the phone, you never get an email reply, no updates... and I'm talking NONE for over two years now.
