what I'm about to explain has happened to me several times on this board, over the years.
I make that typo and then someone comes after me assuming the 'typo' was exactly what I meant, when in truth what I meant is exactly the opposite of what I tried to say without the typo.... and here's the rub... no explanation from me can change their mind. I've been thru this several times. No explanation from me will convince them of otherwise. Even with an 'edit'...
if they saw the typo before the edit then without fail they are going to accuse me of lying with the correction of the typo.... Well, not actually 'saying' I'm lying but definitely insinuating I was.
This is so 'set in stone' that a couple of those times the 'typo' without the needed "NOT" made no sense whatsoever in the context of the full reply... but it didn't matter, they will NOT accept it.
I was VERY careful adding the word "not" correctly in this reply... but the chances are excellent that I screwed up.
