what would cause a rubber duck race postponement? I'm going to have to ask.... although, it's an outdoor pool, you forgot I'm in Calif. 
I used to belong to Duck's Unlimited. I think I went to one meeting. I don't do well in 'meetings', never have. Most of the local clubs, of various sorts, are aware of that so I am invited to nothing these days.
