using the "Score" App on my phone. I was watching OKC, my grandson's favorite team. When the Knights went ahead 3-0 in the 3rd period I 'knew' it was over. So I stopped 'following' and only refreshed occasionally to check when the game was 'final'.
So... I checked when it was 3-0.... set the phone down and concentrated on OKC and in what seemed to me just a few minutes I checked again at it was 4-3 Sharks. Well... that HAD to be a mistake, right? What the hell was going on. I've seen glitches in phone apps before so I wasn't surprised by the error... but I wanted to know the score so I opened up a browser on my laptop and went to NHL.com and WHAT THE HELL? They were showing the same score - 4-3 Sharks. Now I'm in the twilight zone.
I kept believing some tech glitch was at play right up until I saw "OT" pop up in the game status.
What did that have to be like 'live'? - JamesJM
