I'm assuming it's the 'health' apps for like Apple Watches or the Android equivalent? Never used them... BUT.. I can comment on my 'heart rate' monitor on my treadmill...

if it's accurate I need to get to the doctor quickly... while walking on my treadmill my heart-rate varies from 40 to 190, according to the built in heart monitoring thingie.
