Not because of interruptions but I have found with age, it just gets worse. I USED to sleep great but the last 10-15 years, I'm thrilled to get 4 hours. Some people have told me...And I find it very logical.....It started when I was promoted to Engineer (Driver) in 2004. Knowing, even if subconsciously, that when I get up as a driver, I have to TOTALLY / 100% wake up NOW! As a Firefighter, riding in the back seat, I could almost doze till we got on scene.
At home??? LIKE A BABY!! LOL THE main reason why I gripe n moan about Prime Time games on my nights off. I NEED those nights to catch up.
