I'm kidding, of course. But then, I haven't used it yet so who knows?
They set it up today... strange to me. All the 'built in workouts', the fancy ones, are silly.. if you can do them you don't need the nordictrack in the first place. All of them involve sustained running at 6mph... not sure if those are adjustable but I doubt it because there's a workout pro on screen talking to you as the workout progresses. I don't like him.
Nice feature - you can create your own maps to walk/run using Google Earth Street View maps. I created one around my block... 3.5 miles.
I'll begin VERY slowly... no fancy workout plans, I'll put it on manual... for the first couple of months all I want to do is lose some weight and get in somewhat good shape. I figure about 2 months before I can really start working out on it. So when do I start?
