I'll have it up for sale in a week. 
I've never worked out on a treadmill.... BUT... I'm pretty obsessive about working out once I start, or always have been. We'll see. I'm planning on using it only in the winter months and early spring due to rain. The rest of the time I'll walk/run outdoors. I am NOT an indoors person.
I'm having it assembled in front of an HD TV so hopefully that will help.
My family will use it year round... IF they use it.
