I got a knock off brand for cheap and used that thing pretty regularly for a few years until it started to break down. I had a bow flex as well that I used for about a year. That was 20 years ago and I haven’t bought any exercise equipment since.
As for the Total Gym. I liked it. But would I buy another? I’m more inclined to try something else. The rowing machine seems appealing and may even the treadmill... idk. I do NEED to take better care of myself.
