Was in Sacramento watching my daughter finish her first marathon. Needless to say she was nervous about her ability to finish, but she did, in just under 5 minutes. Also needless to say Mom and Dad were proud.
An estimated 100,000 runners participated. It was quite a prestigious event, as runners could qualify for the Boston Marathon and the 2020 Olympic Trials.
