That is the motivation..

that I used to learn how to fix all my own crap.. I cannot stand being stood up, or waiting hours for, or not being called back by a contractor.. I'm currently doing a "to the studs" remodel of the master bath and the only outside people I will call are do to a granite countertop - and I've been waiting over a month on that already - and a plaster guy to shoot texture on the walls.. I replaced all the sheetrock but don't trust myself to shoot texture on it.. Maybe I should - it wipes right off if you screw it up..
